Philip Victor was said to have fought in the War of 1812
in Capt Geisey unit with his brother Lawrence Victor Jr.Possibly from a Pa
Unit from Westmoreland Co.In the 1820 Westmoreland Co Census Philip
Victor has three sons under 10 years of age.I have been able to find what
I believe are six of 7 children thru records obtained in Muskingum County
Ohio. He arrived there sometime after 1830.He was married a second time
to a Laney last name unknown sometime in the late 1860's after his first wife
died.She appears with Philip in the 1870 census of Musk.Co and also on
later land settlement transactions.
