Frank Downey Bumbaugh, born 25 August 1863 in Waynesburg, Greene County, Pennsylvania.  He died 1
February 1935 in Monessen, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania.  He is buried in the Grandview Cemetery
in Monessen.  Frank was married twice.  His first wife was Anna J. Hartman/ Edmonson.  She was the
daughter [presumably] of Isaac Edmonson and [unknown first name] Crow.  Frank and Anna were married
on 11 July 1883 in Braddock, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.  Anna was born in 1866 in McKeesport,
Allegheny County, Pennsylvania and died 4 May 1893 in McKeesport, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. 
She is buried in the McKeesport and Versailles Cemetery in McKeesport, Pennsylvania.  Frank and Anna
had four children.  I will send you the information on them later.  After Anna's death, Frank married
Sarah Jane Taylor, the daughter of Robert Taylor and Elizabeth McFarland.  Frank and Sarah were
married 12 December 1895 in McKeesport, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.  Sarah was born in October
1866 in McKeesport, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.  I have no information on her death.  Frank and
Sarah had four children.  I will send you their information at a later date.
