Swaney, Smithfield, Died in Cycle Crash
Otis Swaney, 36, of Smithfield, was fatally injured Sunday night when a motorcycle on which he was
riding wrecked near the Glendale church in the Smithfield road, throwing him to the road and
fracturing his skull. He died early Monday morning.
It was claimed that Swaney was riding with George Stevens Jr., of Smithfield and was thrown from the
motorcycle when the front tire blew out and caused the machine to swerve. |
