I have gotten a bite about Ruel Mcnutt.  Robin knew of Joel, Lucinda Mcnutt Wheeler's brother and
his children. Ruhan would be Lucinda's sister. I also want to point out Minnie Mcnutt Yauger is
Joel's Daughter. You Have a Census record 1910 with Jane Mcnutt Mother-in-law. This is Joel's Wife.
This information is in the letter written to My father, Herbert James Moats, from Agnes Wheeler
Rivak my dad's cousin. 

LUCINDA was my great--grandmother. CHARLES MC NUTT PASSED THIS INFORMATION TO MY FATHER. Charlotte
Layhue married Reuben(Ruel) Mcnutt. Charlotte and Reuben Mcnutt had a Daughter Lucinda. Lucinda
Married Jacob Wheeler. Charlotte and Reuben Mcnutt had a son Joel Mcnutt who served in the union
Army during the Civil War. Joel Mcnutt married Jane Lee. Their Childern were George Mcnutt, Bessie
(McNutt) Dean, Minnie (Mcnutt) Yeager. George Mcnutt Married Rhonda Zebley. Their Childern were
Charlotte, Fred, Charles Jr., Carrie and Elsie.

From Robin McDonough:

My great-great grandmother was Ruhan McNutt who married John McDonough. They had five children: John,
Edward, Mary (McDonough)Malone, James (my great grandfather) and Rose (McDonough) Morris.

From Cynthia Dean (GGranddaughter of Joel McNutt):

Joel McNutt .......... 1844-1905 was a Civil War veteran &
is buried, Cove Run (church) cemetery, Lemont Furnace, PA
 
I cannot find any more details on his wife (Jane Lee).  I do not know
when she died, nor where she is buried.
