    Directions: From Uniontown, take Route 51 N to Tippecanoe Road. Turn left and then immediately turn
    right. Go less than 100 yards. The cemetery sets on the right side of the road, next to a
    construction company. It is almost always heavily overgrown. Long pants and long sleeve shirts are
    recommended. The following list is incomplete, however, it contains the most current information of
    Fayette County veterans' burials available from the Department of Veteran's Affairs.

    Will of Levi Morris: Will Book 2, Page 482, Probated 1849.

    In the name of God Amen, I Levi Morris of Fayette County Pennsylvania, being weak in
    Body, but of sound mind, memory and understanding & considering the uncertainty of life
    and the uncertainty of death, do make this my last will and testament in manner and form
    as follows viz:-first of all I commend my soul into the hand of God, who gave it, and my
    body to be buried in a christain manner at the descrition of my executors, and with regard
    to such wordly goods and lands as it has pleased God to bless me with I will and dispose
    of them as follows, and first I will and bequeathe to my Beloved wife Mary , all my real
    and personal property, for her and her assigns, to have and to hold forever.  I will and
    bequeath to my children each and severally two dollars, to be paid by my beloved wife
    Mary , two years after my death, and lastly I nominate my beloved wife and Jacob Wolf to
    be my executors of this my last will and testament, my express meaning is and do hereby
    order and appoint, that if any difference dispute or controvery should arise, concerning
    any gift, bequest or thing, in this my will given and bequeathed expressed or contained,
    then no suit or suits in law or otherwiseshall be brought or prosecuted for and concerning
    the same , but the same shall be referred wholly to the award order and determination of
    my executors, viz: my beloved wife Mary, and my friend Jacob Wolf, both of Franklin
    Township, Fayette County, Penn. and what they shall order, direct or determine, therein
    shall be binding and conclusive to all and every person & persons therein, concerned.  And
    hereby revoking all former wills by me made.  In witness whereof I have hereunto set my
    hand & seal this fourth day of November, one thousand eight hundred and forty-nine.

    |Regr. Seal| On the 17th day of December, A.D. 1849, Before me, Joseph Gadd Register,
    for the probate of wills & granting letters of administration, in and for said County,
    personally came Mathew Arrison & Jonathan Ramage, the subscribing witnesses to the
    foregoing instrument of writing, purporting to be the last will and testament of Levi
    Morris late of Franklin Township decd and being affirmed according to law, do each
    depose and say, that that they were present & saw & heard the testator Levi Morris sign,
    seal, pronounce and declare the same as and for his last will and testament, and at the time
    of so doinghe was of perfect & sound mind memory & understanding, to the best of their
    knowledge, observation and belief & that they know of no undue influence used or later
    will made by deed & that they signed their names as witnesses thereto at the request of &
    in the presence of the testator, & in the presence of each other.  In Testimony whereof I
    hereto set my hand & seal of the Registers office at Uniontown the day and date above
    written.        Joseph Gadd, Register
    To all people whom these presents may come , Mary Morris of Franklin Township, &
    County of Fayette, send the Greeting, whereas Levi Morris late of Franklin Township &
    County of Fayette decd did make his last will & testament in writing dated the 4th day of
    November 1849, & thereof made me Mary Morris, his wife & Jacob Wolf executors as by
    the said last will may appear.  Now know ye that the said Mary Morris for divers good
    causes & considerations her thereunto moving, hath renounced & released & by these
    presents doth renounce & release the said Executorship & doth refuse & disclaim to take
    upon her the burthen of the said executorship or the probate of the said Will.  In Witness
    whereof that siad Mary Morris hath hereunto set her hand and seal the 14th day of
    December, A.D. 1849.
