 Henry STURGEON (Samuel-1) was born in 1712 in IRELAND.  He died about 1797.  Henry was probably the
fifth son of Samuel.  Henry made no will and no records are to be found showing the settlement of his
Estate or his marriage.His whole history is elusive but the traditions are that he was a man of
influence and an elder in the Presbyterian Church.He and his wife "Lettice" conveyed 178 acres of
land in Mt Pleasant Township now Adams Co to William Sturgeon 9 Dec 1795. Henry and Letitia had 10
children. 

He was married to Letitia "Lettice" UNK.  Henry STURGEON and Letitia "Lettice" UNK had the following
children: 
10 i. John STURGEON was born in 1736. 
11 ii. Samuel STURGEON was born in 1737. 
12 iii. Robert STURGEON was born in 1739.  He died in 1739. 
+13 iv. Robert STURGEON (born in 1740). 
14 v. Letitia STURGEON was born. 
15 vi. Mary STURGEON.  
16 vii. Henry STURGEON.  
17 viii. Margary STURGEON.  
18 ix. William STURGEON.  
19 x. Jeremiah STURGEON.
