I have virtually nothing on him other than the fact that he married Susan Smith and was in Tuscarawas
County, OH about 1841.   Searching the 1850 census there appears to be two Samuel Miller's married to
Susans, and both were born in PA.  SO, without a dob I have no idea who is who or even if they
connect.
