My dad was Darrell Roland Brewer of Grayson County Va. My grandfather was Emmett Brewer from Grayson County Va. i have all my ancestors back to Lewis Brewer who came from England in the 1700's. I would love to hear some more information on the Brewers.

Very good information on this site and helps to find a lots of past names. I would like to see if anyone could tell me about Annie Pearl Brewer born 1905 in Ala. to Ella Brewer and father unknown. She was put up for adoption in 1910 when her mother past away. she was adopte by the Mayor of Jackson Gap, Ala and his wife. She had i think 2 brothers one was sent to Calif. the other i cant find. any help will help thanks a ton...

I am looking for info on the William Brewer who married Laney J. Stinson in Harrison County MS 26 Dec 1866. I find them on the 1880 census for St Elmo Mobile Co., AL. No where else have I found this family. Listed with them are daughters, including my ggrandmother Alwilday N. Brewer. She married John B. DuBose and both are buried in Beauregard Parish LA. William states he is bn AL and that both parents were bn FL. I do find a William Brewer on 1850 Calhoun Co., FL with a son William age 3. BUT do not find another thing on any of these people. Does anyone have a clue? I have picked at this branch for so long and it just goes no where.

Loved your site... and the documentation supporting it. Good work. I was looking for a Nancy Brewer, b 1835 in TN. She first married Calvin Daniel in abt 1855. He died in 1857 and she re-married Dumas Danley in 1861. It is reported she died Feb 1, 1911 in Wayne County, TN. but I haven't found documentation to support. Anyway, thanks much for the enjoyable site.
