Katen Lindsey, Funeral services for Katen Lindsey, 90 of Betsy Drive, Waynesboro were conducted
Monday, May 4, at 11 A.M. at the Shackelford Funeral Home Chapel in Waynesboro with Cary Crews
officiating. Burial was in Memeorial Gardens in Collinwood.
Mr. Lindsey died Saturday, May 2 at Maury Regional Hospital in Columbia.
He was a native of Wayne County, a son of the late Louis and Mandy Robnett Lindsey. He was a farmer
and a member of the Wayne Furnace Church of Christ.
Survivors include his wife, Christine Lindsey of Waynesboro; one daughter Rachel Abrams of Lutts; Two
grandson and three great-grandchildren.

Christine Brewer Lindsey
Final rites for Christine Brewer Lindsey, 82 of Waynesboro were conducted Thursday, January 28 at 11
A.M. at the Shackelford Funeral Home Chapel in Waynesboro, with Cary Crews officiating. Burial was
in the Memorial Gardens in Collinwood.
Mrs. Lindsey died Tuesday, January 26 at Maury Regional Hospital in Columbia.
She was a native of Wayne County, a daugther of the Late Dock and Oma Mae Smith Brewer; a retaired
school teacher and member of Wayne Furnace Church of Christ.
Survivors include one daughter, Rachel Abrams of Lutts, four brother, E.L and Bill Brewer both of
Waynesboro, Cranston Brewer of Howell, MI and Bob Brewer of Hohenwald; one sister, Norma Scarantion
of Waynesboro; two grandsons; thre great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. |
