Son: Alton Fraley, born 9 May 1920 Wayne County, died 15 sept 1988 Maury County, Tennessee,
(Columbia) married Mae Gresham, she is still alive, I talked to her a few years ago. Alton Fraley was
one of the witness at Grady Brewer and Esther Jackson wedding, also the other witness was Edith
Melton (Daughter of Lucille Melton), Grady's other cousin. Alton was a WWTwo veteran, (World War Two
Veteran Book)

From the Wayne County Newspaper, dated Friday, March 28th, 1947, Hospital Register, Patients
registered at the Cullen C. Woods Memorial Hospital, March 17 to the 24. Mrs. Annie Fraley, surgical,
Lawrenceburg, Route 6 From the Wayne County Newspaper, dated Friday, April 4, 1947. Funeral
Services for Annie Fraley Walnut Grove. Funeral services were conducted at the Walnut Grove
Cemetery, March 27th, for Mrs. Annie Fraley, 48, who died at the Woods Hospital, following several
weeks illness. Rev. Webb, of Hohenwald officiated. She made her home on Route 6, Lawrenceburg. Mrs.
Fraley was a daughter of Jim Brewer, of Dog Creek. Besides her father, she is survided by a sister,
Mrs. O.W.Davis, and a brother, Jap Brewer. Other sister and brothers survive, but their names could
not be learned. Also surviving are her husband, Clifford Fraley, and two sons, Charles, and Alton. |
