Courtesy of Jane Bryant, descendent of Nancy. Note the father is listed as Henry J. Brewer. In the 1860 Census, Nancy as a child is living with Leonard and Louisa J. (Lackey) Danley. It is suggested that Louisa was married first to Henry J. Brewer, since she gave her name as Louisa J. Brewer when she was married to Leonard. This death certificate gives Nancy's mother as Nancy Elizabeth Brewer, but it is generally believed that this was a mistake on the part of the person recording the information or the person giving the information.
