According to Bernard Mayhle, Lorenzo Sisler purchased the land owned by his father from other heirs. 
The original deed on that property is recorded in Deed Book 20 in Monongalia County, West Virginia
where George Sisler purchases land from Henry Runnell and his wife.  Apparently, this land is under
Cheat Lake, WV.
