Granston Granville Brewer, Funeral services for Cranston Granville Brewer, 68 of Howell, MI were
conducted Tuesday, December 31 at 1 P.M. at the Shackelford Funeral Home Chapel in Waynesboro with
Cal Hampton officiating. Burial followed in Highland Cemetery in Lawrenceburg, (Wayne County.)
Tennessee.  Mr. Brewer died Saturday, December 28 at his home.
He was a native of Wayne County, a son of the late Doc and Oma Mae Smith Brewer.  Mr. Brewer was an
automotive mechanic having owned a gas station and employed with Ford Motor's River Rouge Plant. He
was a member of the Pincklye-Livingston Lodge #76 F. & A.M.
Survivors include his wife Connie Potter Brewer of South Charleston, WV; three sons, Dwayne Flatt of
Columbia, Brian K. Brewer and William T. Brewer both of Howell, MI; One daugther, Cheryl Pierce-Gober
of Columbia; three brothers, E.J. and Bill Brewer both of Waynesboro and Bob Brewer of Hohenwald; one
sister, Norma Jean Scarantino of Waynesboro; eleven grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
